At the LeMoel Enterprises Building we offer fully furnished mini suites, rooms and cotts/beds equiped with everything you need including cooking faclities to just move in. Decent, clean and most of all affordable living only a few minutes walk to downtown Trail BC.
Depending on your budget if you require full services which includes more care and attention, then we offer a full package which includes food stocked in our cooking faclities for daily cooking and snacks. No need to go to the grocery store or do errands as we do that for you as required.
Cots / beds in our newly added sectiuon of our building will be availible in the new year 2020. It is like a hostal a general sleeping area shared with others. This area has shared cooking kitchens, and bathing washroom stations. This area caters to people that cannot afford alot but need a safe clean, warm place to live.
Our building starts at $400.00 amonth for shared areas with some limits, to rooms and mini suites between $500.00 to $750.00 per month. We offer some of these units which include full service for $900.00 per month. We also rent cots / beds and rooms on a nightly, weekly and monthly rates!
